VISA Information

Vietnam: Please note that passports must be valid for at least six (6) months after completion of your journey and should also have sufficient blank (minimum two) pages for visas and immigrations stamps.


A regular tourist visa is valid for up to 30 days. There are two kinds of tourist visa. The first can be obtained from the Vietnamese Embassy in the travelers’ home country. The second can be obtained at the airport on arrival in Vietnam that has been pre-approved by the Immigration Office.


We can assist guests with complimentary with the Visa Approval Letter and guests can get the visa on arrival, stamping fee cost $25.00 per person and please note two passport-sized photos (4x6cm or 2×2 inches) are required. However, Abercrombie and Kent will not be held accountable for unsuccessful applications upon arrival at the airport. It is the responsibility of the client to check they are able to obtain a visa on arrival with their local embassy prior to departing their point of origin.


In order to assist guests for the smooth and quickly assistance upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, we did include in the total cost the Fast Track service. The visa fee of USD 25 per person is well calculated for guests.


Cambodia: Cambodia tourist visas are compulsory for all nationalities (or stated otherwise) and visas can be easily obtained on arrival at Phnom Penh & Siem Reap International airports and International Border Checkpoints with Thailand, Vietnam and Laos. The visa is valid for a 30-day stay and single entry.


The group will be travelling from Saigon/My Tho (Vietnam) to Phnom Penh/Siem Reap on Jahan cruise, via waterway border. The Jahan team will collect the guest’s passports on the first day and will assist them for the visa stamping. The Cambodia visa fee is at 30.00USD per person and guests will pay on spot to Jahan cruise.


Thailand extension: No Visa is applicable for US passport holders in this case.

PASSPORTS


Please ensure your passport is valid more than 6 months from the date of return for every country you are visiting. Please also ensure there is sufficient space in your passport to allow for all immigration procedures, taking note that some South East Asian countries take up a full page for the visa sticker and need yet more space on a separate page for entry & exist stamps.



TRIP & TRAVEL INSURANCE


The tour price does not include personal insurance. Travelers are highly recommended to purchase Trip Insurance & Travel Insurance upon commitment of the booking in case of force majeure. Trip Insurance covers the cost of your trip should you be forced to cancel your trip before you start the trip. Travel Insurance covers such costs as emergency and medical evacuation, hospital fees, property loss, etc. which could possibly happen during the trip.


BOOKING PROCESSING FEE: A non-refundable $50.00 Booking Processing Fee and Special Event Fee (where applicable) will be charged to your credit card at the time of final payment. Your credit card statement reference line will display "CruiseCenter" and will not reflect a description of these fees.
